Tampere (Part 1)

Living abroad or how to make foreign people a new home.

Home is where the heart is, it's where we started, where we belong. Mcfly were already singing it a few years ago. Nobody doubts that. (Nobody should doubt Mcfly anyway!)
But, what happens when you have you heart in two places at the same time?

Living in Tampere or the Erasmus experience, it's more than getting to know the finnish kind (a particularly interesting kind we have to admit). It's about getting to know yourself and those who are around you.
You realize who your real friends are, those who have always been there for you, the easiest and the hardest moments. Those who are not afraid to confess they miss you and they want you to come, those who cope with missing you their own way, or those who you miss the most without saying a word.
But you also realize that life can change in just a few hours, in a moment. In a "OH, Are you in this class as well? I want to work in Disneyland!" and from that moment, you know you could never stop talking to her. And she can talk for ages!!!!!
It's also about first, second and third impressions that come up weeks after in drunk conversations. And having a crew to protect you from the creepy crawlies! Or someone to call at 3 a.m because you cannot explain what's happening to you in any other language.  Or a little chat at night because you know you really fuck up, Mcdonald's afterparties, or the greatest girls' chats
And sometimes, only sometimes, you get to the freezing point. To that freezing point you need to set your alarm clock just in case it's going to snow and you cannot lose it
But just remember, a thousand miles seem pretty far but they've got planes, trains and cars.

I love you, FUCKING BITCHEEEES!!!!!

mB.
